Check Out time is 11:00 am. We need time to prepare rooms and sites for the next guests. Please be packed and gone from your room or site by 11:00. If you wish to enjoy the facilities for the rest of the day on your check-out day, you can park in the grass parking lot near the front of the property.
Check-In time is 3:00 pm for Cabins & Motel, and 2:00 pm for RV Sites. We understand that timing your arrival can be difficult, especially if you are travelling a long way. If you arrive earlier than our check-in times, you may have to wait for your site or room to be prepared.

Number of Vehicles 2 vehicles per room or site. Due to limited parking space inside the resort, we can only allow 2 vehicles per site. Your vehicles must be parked inside your site, not on the roadways. Additional parking is available in the grass lot near the front of the resort.

Visitors All visitors must check in at the office and pay a daily park use fee. Daily park use fees. $2 per person over 4 years. Visitors must leave by 10:00 pm. Visitors can park in the grass lot near the front of the resort. DO NOT let visitor's vehicles in with your gate card. Guests are responsible for their visitor's behaviour while they are in the park.

Quiet Times Quiet times are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. In consideration of our guests, these times are strictly enforced. Quiet means no loud talking (yelling) or music and no unnecessary motor vehicle operation. Outside these times please be considerate with your music and vehicles.

ATVs and Dirt Bikes. You may operate ATVs and Dirt Bikes ONLY to directly access the trails at the back of the property, from 9:00 AM TO 9:00 PM. Do not use them as transportation inside the park.

Campfires are permitted ONLY in approved metal fire rings or fire bowls. Some sites have permanent fire rings. We will provide a portable fire bowl if your site doesn't have a permanent fire ring. NO FIRES are to be built directly on the ground or in dug fire pits. We have provided several metal ash bins around the park. Please douse your fire with lots of water to make sure it's out and place your fire ashes in these bins and NOWHERE else. The risk of forest fire is very high in this area.
MAKE SURE YOUR FIRE IS OUT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP!!!
At times there may be campfire bans in the area due to drought conditions. These bans are strictly enforced by us and the local fire district. Usually, at these times propane "campfires" are permitted. We have a limited number of propane campfires available for rent.

Children's Safety As parents, you are responsible for the safety and behaviour of your children at all times. Children should wear helmets and be very cautious of traffic when riding bicycles in the park. Vision is limited in larger RVs. Small children should be supervised at all times in the playground and in the clubhouse. All children should be supervised by a competent adult at the pond and waterpark. Please tell your children to follow directions of park staff. Most children will consider us as "strangers". The office is a "safe place" if children are lost or frightened. Make sure your children know their site or room number.

Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Don't leave your pet unattended in your campsite.

Liability: The Qualicum Bay Resort facilities are furnished for registered guests and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk. The Qualicum Bay Resort management will not be responsible for any accidents, injury to guests or loss of personal property or possessions of any kind.
